Michelle is currently thousands of miles from Mark while she works in South Africa
Michelle Keegan has reportedly been left feeling ‘humiliated’ by her husband Mark Wright’s ex Lauren Goodger.
But now we can reveal that Michelle has vowed to simply ignore all the ‘drama’ back home and just get on with work in South Africa.
“Michelle is concentrating on filming “Our Girl” and isn’t concerned with any of the ‘drama’ supposedly going on back home,” a source close to the actress told Mirror Online.
Last week, Lauren Goodger talked at length about her ex and their run-in at Essex restaurant Sheesh – where Mark supposedly had management ask her to leave .
Lauren, 30, was booted out of the Essex eatery for allegedly being “rude and confrontational” but she accused bouncers working at Sheesh in Chigwell of kicking her out because her ex was about to turn up. Sheesh has since denied this.
And it’s been claimed that Michelle was left feeling “humiliated” by the exposure.
“Michelle’s devastated by Lauren’s claims and feels she’s been betrayed, however Mark insisted Lauren was bitter and out for revenge after the Sheesh incident,” a source told Closer.
“Mark was frantically calling Michelle when Lauren’s story came out and even sent a text to one of the producers he knows in South Africa.
“She was furious; it took her a few hours to call him back. He reassured Michelle the claims were nonsense, but she told him she couldn’t help but feel humiliated.”
Mark and Lauren dated on and off before splitting for good in 2011.
Michelle started dating Mark in 2012 and they married in May 2015.
Michelle has recently flown out to film scenes for her role as army medic Lance Corporal Georgie Lane in Our Girl which are being filmed Nepal and South Africa for the third series of the popular drama.
